Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Mandt Truck & Trailer Repair ("MTTR Mobile," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

MTTR Mobile provides mobile truck and trailer repair services, including but not limited to:

• Emergency roadside repair
• Semi truck and trailer maintenance
• Brake service and air system repairs
• DOT inspections
• Electrical system diagnostics and repair
• Fleet maintenance programs

2. Service Area and Availability

Our services are available within a 100-mile radius of Alexandria, Minnesota. While we offer 24/7 emergency service, response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to reach you as quickly as possible.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is determined based on:

• Type of repair or service required
• Parts and materials needed
• Labor time
• Emergency service fees (if applicable)
• Distance traveled

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on actual work required.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and location
• Ensure safe access to the vehicle for our technicians
• Be present or designate an authorized representative during service
• Approve any additional work or costs before we proceed
• Make payment according to the agreed terms

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor and parts as specified at the time of service. Warranty coverage varies by service type and will be detailed on your service invoice. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

MTTR Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. This includes but is not limited to delays in service, equipment failure, or damages not directly caused by our negligence.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our technician has been dispatched may be subject to a service call fee to cover travel costs.

8. Safety and Compliance

All services are performed in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including DOT standards. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that performing the work would be unsafe or violate regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MTTR Mobile or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
